Delivery Attempts
Perishable items such as cakes and flowers are delivered only once. If the first delivery attempt fails, redelivery is not available.
Deemed Delivery
Orders are treated as successfully delivered and are non-refundable if the address is incorrect, the premises are locked, the recipient is unavailable, or the gift is refused.
Same-Day Order Cut-Off
Place orders before 6:00 PM IST for standard same-day delivery, 6:30 PM IST for fixed-time delivery, and 7:00 PM IST for midnight delivery.
Midnight Delivery
Midnight deliveries are made between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM on the selected date.
Fixed-Time Delivery
We aim to deliver within your selected time slot, with a possible variation of ±30 minutes.
Courier Deliveries
Courier products have estimated delivery dates and may arrive one day before or after the selected date.
Address Changes
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
Product Substitutions
If a product is unavailable, GiftDost may replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value without compromising quality.
Special Locations
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and event venues are subject to their policies and may be handed over to reception staff or an authorized person.
Non-Serviceable Locations
GiftDost does not deliver to railway stations, metro stations, or airports.
