Order Cancellation
GiftDost reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, technical issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Same-Day Orders
Same-day delivery orders are processed immediately and cannot usually be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.
Prepared Orders
Once an order has been prepared or handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, and the full order amount will be charged.
Advance Cancellation
For future delivery orders, cancellation or modification requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Personalized Products
Customized or personalized gifts cannot be cancelled once production or personalization has started.
Duplicate Orders
If a duplicate order is placed accidentally, a refund can be issued only if the duplicate order has not been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation Refunds
If GiftDost cancels your order, you will be notified, and the full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
