Return Policy

As GiftDost delivers customized and perishable products, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Report Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Photo Proof

Please share clear photos of the received product to help us verify your claim quickly.

Resolution

Once your claim is approved, you may receive a replacement, GiftDost store credit, or a refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–10 working days).

Perishable Products

Refunds are not available for flowers, cakes, or other perishable items if the delivery address was incorrect or the recipient refused the order.

Product Care

Quality issues resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exchange Policy

GiftDost does not offer product exchanges.

Quality Verification

In some cases, we may request a reverse pick-up of the product for inspection before approving a replacement or refund.
