Delivery Disclaimer
- Flowers may arrive in bud, semi-bloomed, or fully bloomed condition.
- Same-day order cut-offs: 6:00 PM (Standard), 6:30 PM (Fixed Time), and 7:00 PM (Midnight).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Hand-delivered and courier products may arrive separately.
Deemed Delivery
Orders are considered successfully delivered if the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, the premises are locked, contact details are unreachable, the order is refused, or delivery is completed at reception, security, or a neighbour.
Special Delivery Services
- Midnight deliveries are made between 11:00 PM – 11:59 PM.
- Fixed-time deliveries may vary by ±30 minutes.
Courier Deliveries
- Courier products are delivered through third-party logistics partners.
- Delivery dates are estimated and may vary by one day.
- Courier deliveries are generally unavailable on Sundays and public holidays.
Restricted Locations
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, hostels, wedding venues, and gated communities are subject to local policies. GiftDost does not deliver to railway stations, metro stations, or airports.
Peak Season Disclaimer
During occasions such as Valentine's Day, Raksha Bandhan, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, and other festivals, higher order volumes may result in price changes, delayed confirmations, substitutions, flexible delivery windows, and slower customer support responses.
