At GiftDost, we aim to deliver every gift in perfect condition. As our products are handcrafted and perishable, refunds are subject to the following conditions.
Eligible for Refund
You may receive a refund or replacement if:
The product is damaged or defective on delivery.
The delivered item is significantly different from your order.
Your order is not delivered (excluding deemed delivery cases).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements are not available if:
An incorrect delivery address was provided.
The recipient was unavailable or refused the delivery.
The delivery location was locked and unreachable.
Product quality was affected due to improper handling after delivery.
Report an Issue
Report quality or damage issues within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request a reverse pick-up for quality verification before processing your claim.
Refund Options
After verification, you can choose:
Replacement: Fresh product delivered at the earliest available slot.
Store Credit: Processed within 24 hours.
Original Payment Method: Refunded within 7–10 working days.
Partial Orders
If part of your order cannot be fulfilled, we'll notify you and refund the amount for the undelivered items.
